Project documents control
These website terms do not create a construction contract. For coating work, the signed estimate, proposal, service agreement, change order, and other project-specific documents control the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, exclusions, and warranty. If a signed project document conflicts with these website terms, the signed project document controls for that project.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service apply when you visit AstroEpoxy.com, submit a consultation or estimate request, review a customer-facing document, communicate with Astro Epoxy through a connected digital channel, or use another online feature that links to these terms. By using those services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
Astro Epoxy is operated by Astro R&M LLC in the Greater Houston area. In these terms, “Astro Epoxy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. A website form, direct message, phone call, consultation request, or preliminary discussion does not by itself require Astro Epoxy to accept a project or create a binding coating agreement.
Website information
Service descriptions, project photographs, finish examples, educational material, timelines, and published starting prices are provided as general information. They are not a project-specific promise or professional evaluation. Actual system suitability, preparation, price, appearance, cure time, and service life depend on conditions that may include the slab, moisture, contamination, cracks, prior coatings, exposure, access, design selections, and the intended use of the space.
We try to keep website information useful and current, but content may be corrected, clarified, or changed. Photographs and digital samples may appear different because of lighting, camera settings, screens, material variation, installation technique, and the underlying surface.
Consultations and project agreements
Submitting an inquiry asks Astro Epoxy to evaluate or discuss a potential project. It does not guarantee availability, a consultation date, a particular system, a quoted price, or acceptance of the work. Preliminary ranges and recommendations may change after an on-site evaluation or when new project conditions are discovered.
When Astro Epoxy accepts a project, the executed project documents state the approved scope, surface preparation, coating system, design selections, price, applicable taxes, payment schedule, access requirements, timing, cancellation terms, exclusions, change order process, and any written warranty. Review those documents carefully before approval or payment.
Communications and social channels
When you contact Astro Epoxy or provide contact information, we may respond through the channel you used or reasonably requested, including phone, text, email, Messenger, or Instagram. An inquiry or direct message does not by itself provide blanket consent for unrelated marketing. You may communicate a preference or withdraw optional contact permission, subject to messages reasonably needed for an active inquiry, transaction, or project.
Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other third-party channels remain subject to the provider's own terms and controls. Our handling of personal information is described in the Astro Epoxy Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting removal of Meta-sourced information appear on our User Data Deletion page.
Information and content you provide
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for having permission to share the photographs, files, property details, and contact information you submit. You grant Astro Epoxy a limited permission to use that material as reasonably needed to evaluate, respond to, prepare, administer, and document the requested inquiry or project.
This permission does not authorize public portfolio or advertising use of your private project content without a separate legal basis or authorization. Do not send passwords, access tokens, complete payment-card details, Social Security numbers, unlawful content, malicious files, or information that is not reasonably needed for the flooring project.
AI-assisted drafts
Authorized Astro Epoxy personnel may use an AI system to help classify an inquiry, summarize a limited portion of a conversation, identify potential project details, or prepare a reply draft. Where configured, common direct identifiers and known contact details are removed before the limited conversation content is submitted for a draft.
Human review is required
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. An AI draft is not a binding scope, price, schedule, warranty, safety conclusion, legal conclusion, or appointment confirmation. An authorized team member must review the communication and the applicable project documents before making those commitments.
Payments, signatures, and providers
Some features rely on independent providers, which may include Meta, Stripe, Google, DocuSign, Supabase, Lovable, Resend, and telecommunications or hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Astro Epoxy is not responsible for an independent provider's account controls, platform outage, or separate service.
A payment-processor notice, electronic-signature event, delivery status, or platform notification does not independently change the terms of a signed project agreement. Questions about the status of an Astro Epoxy payment, document, appointment, or project should be confirmed directly with Astro Epoxy.
Acceptable use and account security
You may not use the website or digital services to:
- Interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass a security or access control.
- Upload malicious code or content intended to harm a system or another person.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority over a property or account.
- Scrape, copy, or automate access in a manner that disrupts the services.
- Access the private CRM, customer records, or team tools without authorization.
- Share a team credential or use another person's account without permission.
Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, a provider, or the integrity of the services.
Intellectual property
The Astro Epoxy name, brand presentation, original website copy, graphics, photographs, project presentations, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use public website material for personal, noncommercial evaluation of Astro Epoxy's services. Other reproduction, publication, resale, or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder.
Third-party names, marks, product information, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply ownership or endorsement beyond the relationship stated.
Website disclaimers and project warranties
The public website and online communication features are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Astro Epoxy does not promise that every digital feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Website examples and general guidance do not create a workmanship, product, appearance, or performance warranty.
Any project warranty must be stated in the applicable signed project documents. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Website-use liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astro Epoxy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by a person's use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website or a third-party digital service. This website-use limitation does not replace or rewrite Astro Epoxy's obligations for accepted coating work; rights and responsibilities for an actual project are governed by the signed project documents and applicable law.
Governing law
These website and communication terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Project-specific dispute procedures, if any, are stated in the signed project documents.
Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
